We care about your privacy, but we also care about your time. That's why we've prepared an abbreviated version of our most important privacy-related policies for you.

  • By creating a user account in the store, placing an order, making a complaint, withdrawing from a contract, or simply contacting us, you are providing us with your personal information, and we guarantee that your information will remain confidential, secure, and will not be shared with any third parties without your express consent.
  • We entrust the processing of personal data only to proven and trusted providers of personal data processing services.
  • We use Google Analytics analytics tools that collect information about your visits to the site, such as the pages you viewed, the time you spent on the site, and transitions between pages. Google LLC's Google Analytics cookies are used for this purpose.
  • We use marketing tools such as Facebook Pixel to target ads to you. This involves the use of cookies from Facebook. As part of your cookie settings, you can decide whether or not you consent to our use of Facebook Pixel in your case.
  • We use proprietary cookies for the proper operation of the site and to ensure its security.

Personal information

The purposes, legal basis and duration of personal data processing are indicated separately for each purpose of data processing (see description of individual purposes of personal data processing below).

Entitlements. The RODO grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

  • The right to access personal data,
  • The right to rectify personal data,
  • The right to delete personal data,
  • The right to restrict the processing of personal data,
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data,
  • The right to data portability,
  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  • The right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, if you have given such consent.

The rules related to the exercise of the indicated rights are described in detail in Articles 16 - 21 of the RODO. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these provisions. For our part, we consider it necessary to explain to you that the rights indicated above are not absolute and you will not be entitled to them in relation to all processing operations of your personal data. For your convenience, we have made an effort to indicate the rights to which you are entitled in the context of the description of individual personal data processing operations.

We emphasize that one of the rights indicated above is always available to you - if you consider that we have violated data protection regulations in the processing of your personal data, you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

You can also always request that we provide you with information about what data we have about you and for what purposes we process it. All you need to do is send a message to [email protected]. However, we have made every effort to ensure that the information of interest to you is comprehensively presented in this privacy policy. You can also use the e-mail address provided above if you have any questions about the processing of your personal data.

Security. We guarantee you the confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us. We ensure that we take all security and data protection measures required by data protection regulations. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons.

List of entrustments. We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:

  1. UPS Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (01-122), at Prądzyńskiego 1/3 Street - for the purpose of shipping the order.
  2. Atthost Sp. z o.o., Górna Street 40b/11, 09-402 Płock - for the purpose of storing personal data on the server.

All entities to which we entrust the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.

Processing purposes and activities

User account. When setting up a user account in the store, you must provide your e-mail address and define a password for the account. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to create an account. As part of editing your user profile, you can provide further data about yourself, i.e. your name, billing address and shipping address. Providing this data is completely voluntary. You can have an account without providing these further-reaching data. In such a situation, when placing an order you will have to enter these data manually.

The data you enter within your user account is processed solely for the purpose of maintaining your account and providing you with the ability to use it. The purpose of providing data in your user account is to facilitate your ordering in the store by automatically substituting data for the order form.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data within your user account is the performance of the account contract you enter into under the store's rules and regulations - Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO.

The data collected in the user's account is processed within the WordPress system and stored on the server.

Your data will be processed within your account for as long as you have an account on the site. When you delete your account, your data will be deleted from the database, except for data on orders placed.

You can access your personal data processed within your account at any time by logging into your user account. After logging in to your account, you can modify your data at any time, as well as delete it, except for data on orders placed. You can also decide to delete your account at any time.

In relation to the data collected in your account, you also have the right to data portability as provided in Article 20 of the RODO.

Orders. When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary to complete the order, i.e. name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

Data provided to us in connection with an order, is processed for the purpose of processing the order (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA), including the invoice in our accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA), and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).

The data contained in the order placed through the store is processed within the WordPress system and stored on the server.

If you have a user account with the store and your order was placed through the store, your order will be visible within the order history of the account.

Each order is documented with a receipt or invoice.

Orders are also recorded in our internal database for archival and statistical purposes.

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to process the order, and then until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the contract. In addition, after the expiration of this period, the data may still be processed by us for statistical purposes. Remember also that we are obliged to keep invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the tax liability arose.

In the case of order data, you do not have the opportunity to rectify this data after the order has been processed. You also cannot object to data processing and demand deletion of data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for contractual claims. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. After the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract, you may, however, object to our processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as demand the deletion of your data from our database.

In relation to your order data, you also have the right to data portability as stipulated in Article 20 of the RODO.

Complaints and withdrawal from the contract. If you make a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide us with personal information contained in the body of the complaint or withdrawal statement, which includes name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number.

The data provided to us in connection with the filing of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract are used for the purpose of the complaint procedure or withdrawal procedure (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the complaint procedure or the withdrawal procedure. Complaints and withdrawal statements may also be archived for statistical purposes.

In the case of data contained in complaints and withdrawal declarations, you do not have the opportunity to correct this data. You also cannot object to the processing of your data and request deletion of your data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. However, after the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract, you may object to our processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as demand the deletion of your data from our database.

Email contact. When you contact us by e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender of the message. In addition, you may also include other personal information in the body of the message.

Your data in this case is processed for the purpose of contacting you, and the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) RODO, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for post-contact processing is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6(1)(c) RODO).

The content of your correspondence may be subject to archiving and we are not in a position to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of any correspondence you have had with us (if it was subject to archiving), as well as to request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified by our overriding interests, such as defense against potential claims on your part.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

Our store, like almost all other websites, uses cookies to provide you with the best user experience.

Cookies are small text information stored on your terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone), which can be read by our data communications system.

Cookies can be divided into own cookies and third-party cookies.

Cookie Consent. When you visit the site for the first time, you are shown information about the use of cookies along with a question about your consent to the use of cookies. Thanks to a special tool, you have the ability to manage cookies from within the store. In addition, however, you can always change the cookie settings from within your browser or delete cookies altogether. Remember, however, that disabling cookies may cause difficulties in using the store, as well as many other websites that use cookies.

Own Cookies. We use proprietary cookies for the proper operation of the store, in particular for the proper functioning of the order process, shopping cart, user account. We also use cookies for store security, using the WordFence tool.

Third Party Cookies. Our store, like most modern websites, uses functions provided by third parties, which involves the use of cookies from third parties. The use of such cookies is described below.

Analysis and statistics. We use cookies to track site statistics such as the number of visitors, the type of operating system and browser used to browse the site, time spent on the site, pages visited, etc. We use Google Analytics in this regard, which involves the use of cookies from Google LLC.

Marketing. We use marketing tools such as Facebook Pixel to target ads to you. This involves the use of cookies from Facebook. As part of your cookie settings, you can decide whether or not you consent to our use of Facebook Pixel in your case.

Server logs

Using the store involves sending queries to the server where the site is stored. Each query directed to the server is recorded in the server logs.

The logs include, among other things, your IP address, the date and time of the server, information about your web browser and the operating system you are using. Logs are saved and stored on the server.

The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the site and are not used by us to identify you.

Server logs are only auxiliary material for the administration of the site, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
